Role:
We’re hiring for an Executive Assistant who will provide a high level of professional organisational and administrative support to the CEO of a fast growing financial services business . This role requires attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibility:
- Manage e-mail inbox and filing system
- Manage to-do lists / project trackers
- Produce high quality emails to external clients and counterparties
- Work closely with CEO - brief on upcoming commitments, prep for meetings and tasks
- Perform general admin duties - calendar management, scheduling meetings
- Editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for client meetings
- Use Excel and Outlook to update contacts
- Dealing with incoming postal correspondence and filing paperwork
- Research special topics – as assigned
- Manage sensitive information, confidential reports and documents ensuring appropriate controls are in place to meet security and confidentiality requirements
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Outlook
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally manage confidential and sensitive information
- Proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Appetite for hard work and dedication
- EA experience within Financial Services would be preferable

Salary: £33,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
- Work Location: Office in Central London (W1) + hybrid options
- Supplemental Pay: Discretionary performance bonus
