Relationship / Account Manager

Loactiom: Hybrid - Bedfordshire

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per year. In addition to this, the company offers individual and company bonus structures.

Inbox Recruitment is seeking an experienced Relationship / Account Manager to join a growing performance marketing and digital media agency with exciting plans for growth due to an increased demand for their products and services globally, so it’s a perfect time to join the team!

As a leader in the field, they develop, a portfolio of web and mobile applications, as well as the marketing, tracking, and reporting platforms and systems. They have several global partners who need regular contact and pro-active management to ensure they are making the most of our relationships. This role will require someone who is a self-starter, an outgoing character and has intuitive thinking.

The Role

We are looking for someone who will develop close relationships with our partners, whilst working with them on a revenue maximisation strategy that is mutually beneficial to our partners and SB Digital media. This role will be perfect for someone with experience as an account manager or relationship manager within the digital world. Due to the global nature of how we work, travel will be included in your role from time to time, with networking events and partner visits being across Europe, MENA, and Asia.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be our partner’s main point of contact.

o Be the go-to person for a portfolio of commercial partners.

o Be the escalation point for anything they need and communicate that accordingly.

  • Partner Strategy Management

o Create partner roadmaps and hold them and us accountable.

o Hold monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly meetings with clients.

o Naturally engage in adhoc comms with our partners to foster the closer relationships we are looking to build.

o Create and maintain reports to use as a basis for client meetings to review performance.

o Suggest and manage improvements to client activities where needed.

o Open a channel for 2-way feedback, the candidate will outwardly represent he company, but inwardly represent the partners interests.

  • Attend industry networking and client visits, both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage KPIs relating to clients but also your role.
  • Lead the tender process for new opportunities.
  • Manage and keep up to date all contracts with partners.

o This position needs a people-person. Ready to chat about anything and everything with our partners as well as business.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • At least 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager, Customer Retention Manager, Relationship Manager.

o Managing multiple partners at any one time.

o Managing global stakeholders.

  • Very strong communicator.
  • Desire to continue to improve both themselves and the people around them.
  • Worked towards KPIs.

Desired Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Good understanding of performance marketing.
  • Good understanding of digital products.
  • Forecasting budgets with partners.
  • Contract negotiations and management.
  • Business strategy planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Account management: 1 year (preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (preferred)
