What is the role?

We are delighted to be Northern Powergrid’s Tier 1 Supplier, keeping the lights switched on across the Northeast by providing cable engineering services for both planned and reactive works.

We are currently accepting applications for Reinstatement Teams (Operatives AND Team Leaders) to join our business, so that you can help us safely undertake reinstatement activities, in a way that minimises disruption to residents, as well as meeting contract targets.

The activities that you get involved with include:

• Excavating/digging on public and private highways
• Backfilling excavations and laying surfaces such as tar, concrete or paving slabs
• Using different types of mechanical and manual equipment
• Working in a variety of different outdoor environments

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate....

Experience within both black and white top reinstatement, a full and valid driving licence (HGV Class 2), A CPC and, ideally, first aid trained.
Great communication skills are essential along with being enthusiastic.
