We are looking to recruit a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our Henderson Rehabilitation Unit in Thornbury. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you!
On our 19 bedded unit we provide rehabilitation for adults following episodes of acute illness and injury with the aim to ensure timely discharge. We actively promote a multi-disciplinary model, where Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Support Workers work closely with the Nursing team; ensuring the patients are kept at the centre of decision making.
Previous care experience is not essential - the team are supportive, friendly and willing to train successful candidates.
