Rehabilitation Support Worker - Band 3
Marlborough community Team
22.5 Hours per week - Permanent
Could you support patients when they return home from hospital? Are you keen to help prevent people being admitted to hospital? Would you like to be a valued member of our forward-thinking community teams? If so, then come and join our Home First programme.
We have a vacancy for a band 3 Rehab Support Worker to work with our team here in Marlborough. We want to meet applicants keen to develop into this rehabilitation role or who have existing transferable skills.
You will be part of the Marlborough Community Team, supported by our physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses and will work alongside our Assistant Practitioners and existing support workers. You will play a vital role helping people to rehabilitate and regain their independence in their own home which is incredibly rewarding.
