Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join Waste Industry and Regulatory Services (WIRS), part of Operations Regulatory Services (ORS). WIRS are committed to data excellence; we collate, evaluate, and use our technical expertise to interpret data, which informs regulation, enforcement, and legislation.
This new post will help embed a new workstream (MCPD standard rules data, reporting and compliance) into WIRS; understand and establish data needs and help create and deliver a robust process, including ensuring those processes follow as any data platforms change and building on the existing access database already in use.
You will need good organisational and decision-making skills. You will be innovative and efficient, particularly in data management. You prioritise your tasks effectively, manage a varied workload and meet appropriate deadlines. You are confident analysing and interpreting data. You will be a good communicator; provide good customer service.
