Are you passionate about animal welfare? Have you got an excellent track record in Regular Giving and a passion for building great supporter journeys?

Dogs Trust has exciting plans to grow its reach and impact over the next ten years with the launch of our new organisational strategy. In fact, we’ve been helping dogs for over 130 years. In that time, we’ve found forever homes for hundreds of thousands of our faithful friends, dramatically reduced numbers being put to sleep, and helped to all but eliminate strays from the UK’s streets. We've also established universal microchipping, campaigned tirelessly on important issues such as puppy smuggling and grown influence and impact on the international stage. But we know there’s so much more to do. There are still millions of dogs - and people who love dogs - around the world who need support.

None of our achievements and ambitions would be possible without our amazing supporters and we are now looking for a Regular Giving Product Manager to help us deliver our Regular Giving strategy to increase retention rates and build lifetime value.

Regular Giving is the backbone of our fundraising income, it currently generates £37million each year across our three existing products – Sponsor a Dog, Companions Club (an insurance-based subscription product) and general Direct Debits. As Regular Giving Product Manager, you will run product fulfilment programmes based on strategy developed with the Regular Giving Programme Manager. You will play a key role in shifting our existing products into a more digital-first delivery model and delivering new products as we look to further diversify our database.

The role sits in the Supporter Development team, where the aim of the team is to take a supporter-led approach to creating an exceptional supporter experience. In order to do this, we work collaboratively with the Supporter Recruitment team to ensure we are creating the best possible supporter journeys.

We are looking for a highly-organised person, with experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects and working reactively, all whilst maintaining high standards of communication and adhering to guidelines. You will be personable, and able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of products. Your expertise in copywriting, coupled with your ability to evaluate campaign performance, will drive the continuous improvement of our Regular Giving products.

In return for all of this, we have a comprehensive benefits package, which includes excellent annual leave, Perkbox and pension allowances, and you will you join a team of highly professional and driven colleagues in a brilliant upbeat and collaborative environment, all with a genuine passion for dog welfare.

Please note that we may close this vacancy early if we receive enough suitable interest, so to avoid disappointment early application is encouraged.

To apply for this position, please send your CV and cover letter explaining your interest in and suitability for the role by clicking the APPLY button.
