With sites in Coventry, Scarborough, London and Poland we are looking for individuals who can be part of our Registry Team supporting multiple stakeholders across all locations. The post holders can be based at either our CU Coventry, CU Scarborough or CU London locations.
We are looking for a Registry Officer to join us here in the Registry team. We live and breathe a passion for supporting CU Group on all matters concerning student and course support. We work hand-in-hand with our academic colleagues and our students, ensuring their academic journeys are excellent in every respect – from their first enrolment right through to graduation.
We need people who are energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced department and will be trained on University procedures and regulations, and in the best ways to support staff and students.
You will need to be:
- Qualified: Educated to degree level/HND Level or equivalent
- Experienced: Have you managed or inspired a team, and do you have the ability to influence decision-making and provide clear advice and instruction.
- Skilled: Can you demonstrate a high level of success and ability? Experience of gathering and analysing complicated data as well as identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Customer-focused: Customer service abilities that are exceptional and demonstrable, as well as the ability to resolve complex issues and manage challenging meetings Ability to persuade others, especially in the context of providing customer service, Excellent customer service abilities.
- A clear communicator: Concise and articulate, you can get your point across positively and professionally, both in writing and in conversation. You understand the need to tailor your communications to the situation, and to be mindful of the rich cultural diversity of the university.
- Tech ‘savvy’: You’ll be comfortable with the MS Office suite, know your way around a Word document and spreadsheet, and keen to become an expert in our business systems.
