We are looking for administrators to join our Registry team. Where they live and breathe a passion for supporting Coventry University on all matters concerning student and course support. Registry work hand-in-hand with our academic colleagues and our students, ensuring their academic journeys are excellent in every respect – from their first enrolment right through to graduation.
We’re not just looking for the ordinary; we need people who are energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced department and will be trained on University procedures and regulations, and in the best ways to support staff and students.
You will need to have previous Customer service experience. Have experience of using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. As well as have the ability to collect, organise and distribute information, and respond to requests for information accurately and positively.

Interviews will be held during April in central Coventry, provisionally the week commencing 3rd - 6th April between 8:45am and 5pm and you must be able to attend.
