Job title: Registry Assistant, Full time, permanent
Salary: £25,463 - £28,118 pa, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
The Role
We are looking for a Registry Assistant to join the University’s central Academic Registry Services Team. This role will support Registry Officers working in the assessment and awards team in addition to delivering effective front-line services to our students and alumni.
The ideal postholder will have some understanding of the Higher Education sector student administration, alongside customer care and excellent communication skills.
The key activities of the role are:
· Providing excellent customer service to students, alumni and external stakeholders
· Supporting Registry colleagues with assessments, awards, certification and other key events such as university exams and enrolment
· Finding solutions to queries to ensure a positive student experience
You
This role is for you if you enjoy working with people, can provide friendly and effective customer services and are able to juggle competing priorities to meet the University’s needs. A willingness to collaborate with colleagues is essential.
