Austin Lafferty is a leading firm in Scotland, and for over 30 years our specialist team of solicitors have been serving our clients in all aspects of the law. Across four offices we have a team of over 30 experienced members of staff.
Our firm is looking for someone to join our team in one of our offices or remotely. You will be responsible for dealing with post registrations for all solicitors, this includes paying LBTT, Registers of Scotland submissions and updating Lender portals. This is a fantastic opportunity for either someone looking for a rewarding, long-lasting, career or for someone who is experienced and looking to reduce their workload.
This role is perfect for someone looking to work remotely with flexible hours! For those working 9-5 and looking for further income this may be perfect for you to work around your day job!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Paying Land and Building Transaction Tax (LBTT) and Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS)
- Registering Dispositions and Standard Securities through Registers of Scotland
- Responsible for updating Lender management services
