Our international business brings our famous M&S Clothing, Food and Home products to over 32 million customers worldwide. Our ambition is to more than double the size of our business over the next 5 years, so this is a remarkable time to join us and make your mark!
As a Registration Admin Assistant, you will play a key part in optimising our shipments and sales for our beauty products by providing our International Partners with vital documentation to successfully register products for sale. By ensuring that we meet the relevant importing authorities’ rules and regulations so that shipments are not impacted. This is a 9 month fixed term contract opportunity to cover an internal secondment.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Organising and maintaining the International Hub website, and submitting and receiving documentation via the platform
- Submit required documentation and trackers via the International Hub website for our International Partners to access.
- Obtain product information for specifications and general enquiries from Suppliers and relevant UK Product Technologists
- Maintain accurate, up to date records and summaries of the status of the requirements of each International Partner
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Proficient use of Microsoft Windows OS & Excel
- Highly organised
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Problem solving
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating cultural awareness when dealing with international colleagues
