Job description
£18.00 per hour once preceptorship is completed
We are looking for a motivated, kind and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our busy teams.
Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to our residents, compliant with the NMC code of conduct and the company policies and procedures.
You will provide strong clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure the highest standards are achieved in the delivery of care within the home including person centred care, clinical care and dementia care.
Your role will be to lead the care team, making sure we meet residents’ needs, whether clinical, physical or emotional. Using your skills and judgement, supported by the clinical governance framework, you will help to provide a safe place for residents to live.
