Graphic Designer (Furniture Manufacturing)

Based at Altham, Nr Burnley.

Negotiable Salary + Company Benefits.

We currently have a great opportunity for a detail focused, experienced Graphic Designer, ideally from within a bid or sales environment (although this is not critical). You will support the team in creating compelling proposals for sales leads, sales opportunities, formal tenders, and client development opportunities.

The Role:

• Produce and deliver creative graphic design output across ensuring corporate / brand guidelines have been carefully considered and reflected in any recommendations.
• Meeting all timescales and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Working collaboratively with the bid team to identify the best solution.
• Developing and continuously improving our corporate presentations.
• Designing product presentations within a branded template.
• Compiling product catalogues post contract award.
• Creating image assets for use in tender word documents.
• Templating bespoke tender documents.
• Secure knowledge and experience of InDesign is essential.

The Person:

• Highly creative thinker.
• Able to manage own workload in an organised and effective manner with limited supervision.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills coupled with self-motivation to meet deadlines at short notice.
• Ability to incorporate feedback from project stakeholders.
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
• A high level of understanding of graphic design software, and particular experience working with InDesign and Adobe.
• A keen eye for detail.
• The ability to engage positively with all stakeholders.
