Job Title: HR Assistant/HR Coordinator
Salary: Up to £30,000 + up to 20% bonus + pension + private healthcare
Location: We have a small office in London (Liverpool St) and encourage employees to visit the office 2-3 times per month. Some employees are there daily so we can offer hybrid or semi-remote.
Who is FXC: Scale-up fintech company with 65 employees across UK, Eastern Europe and the US. We expect to be 100 by the end of 2023.
Due to further expansion, we are now seeking an HR Assistant/Administrator to join our department of four. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating an amazing culture and who wants to get exposed to all aspects of the People department, from onboarding through to exit.

The role of HR Assistant/HR Coordinator
Reporting to the VP People, you will initially be involved in providing administrative support that includes preparing employment contracts, reference checks, right to work checks, keeping our HR systems up to date, resolving any internal queries and providing reports. You will then become more involved in your own projects, such as creating and managing a buddy scheme, providing support for the visa sponsorship process, employer branding, culture champion groups, employee engagement, learning and development and much more depending on where your passions lie.
To be considered for the HR Coordinator/assistant position
Essential
1+ yrs commercial experience as a HR Coordinator/assistant within a People department
Experience must have been gained with the tech/data industry
Very organised, proactive and efficient – you own the problem and find a solution
Excellent attention to detailData driven - you use data, not hunches
Solid with Excel - ideally can do basic formulas
Solid with PowerPoint or Google Slides
Desirable
Experience of some of our systems: CharlieHR, Confluence, Slack, TeamTailorExperience of handling the visa sponsorship process
Experienced on delivering project work
D&I experience
If you are happy to help out with recruitment and have some experience in this space, then this is useful but not essential
Degree educated
