Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Practitioners to work at our setting; the positions are permanent and will include a six month probationary period. We are looking for both full time and part time practitioners due to an increase in our numbers from September.
Applicants must have proven experience of delivering childcare and play opportunities to children aged 0-5 years along with a relevant qualification to a minimum level 2 with a view to completing their level 3, fully supported by us. (If you have a pending qualification please do get in touch as we would love to hear from you). A sound knowledge of EYFS is essential.
The full time position is for 35 hours a week and the part time hours are negotiable. Working hours will vary between the opening hours of 7.45am - 6pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £10.60 per hour for Level 3 qualified staff.

Trenance Childcare provides high quality care and education at affordable prices for families in Newquay and the surrounding areas. We are a registered Charity and run by a Committee of volunteers.
We provide full day care from birth to 5 years and are open all year round. We have 3 well equipped rooms catering specifically for babies (0-2 years), toddlers (2-3 years) and pre-schoolers (3-4 years).
