Nurse Deputy Manager (Ref # 496):

Salary: £22.00 an hour

Shifts Hours: 40 hours per week

The role will be 12 hours working on the floor, and 28 hours supernumary.

LOCATIONS: Lincolnshire, PE10

Reporting to: Home Manager

About The Home:

Its located in a residential area of Bourne in Lincolnshire and is ideally situated for public transport links. The home is purpose-built and has 88 beds over two floors and provides general and dementia nursing care. Communal areas include dining rooms, lounges and a hairdressing salon.

Qualities::

• RGN/ RMN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
• Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
