Job Title: Nurse Silvercrest Group – various homes

What you’ll be doing:
· Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
· Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each resident, considering their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.
· Establishing strong rapport with residents, offering emotional support, and addressing their concerns with empathy and respect
· Regularly assessing and documenting the health status of residents, identifying any changes or health issues, and promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
· Maintaining open communication with residents' families to provide updates on their loved ones' health and well-being
· Adhering to all regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care and safety.
