Registered Mental Health Nurse/Agency Nurse/Staff Nurse/RMN
£22.00 - £31.50 Per Hour inclusive of Holiday Pay
Please note - This role is to work in and around the Bristol area

Servisource is currently looking for RMN’s or RNLD’s to join our fast growing care agency. Servisource are looking to recruit compassionate Staff Nurses to join our fantastic team within the Bristol area to continue providing our NHS and private Care Sector clients with outstanding care for their patients and residents.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Management and administration of medication as per patient/resident care plans
- Documenting and reviewing medication on appropriate medication records as per the care providers procedures
- Condition Monitoring including S/S, Vitals etc.
- Promoting and upholding high levels of person centred care, DoLS, safeguarding and compliance
- Ensuring a strong level of clinical standards in line with your CQC regulations and relevant policies and procedures set out within the care providers service
- Adhering to the clinical direction of a Senior Nurse or managerial staff whilst on placement
- Undergoing required training and development to ensure the best possible feedback when upholding the Servisource reputation
Person specification:
- Have a live, valid NMC PIN
- Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be within commutable distance to Bristol
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
