Job description

To work under the supervision of the paediatric nursing team and clinical leads to: Participate in the delivery of patient care within the paediatric out-patient setting. Contribute towards department organisation Give support to the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of a safe and caring environment. Ensure a high standard of patient-centred care Promote self-management of health needs and adopt a positive risk-based care approach Carry out all relevant forms of care, without direct supervision.
