NURSE MANAGER
Antrim
£50,000
I am delighted to be recruiting in the area for a permanent Nurse Manager role!
This post will see you running the day-to-day goings on at your private care facility, providing general nursing care, learning disability care, and learning disability care to elderly residents.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the safety of your residents,
- Performing audits,
- Participating in internal monthly audits,
- Meeting compliance guidelines from regulatory bodies,
- Liaising with residents, their families, and additional MDTs ensuring they receive full care,
- And help to lead the nursing team.
With a lovely working environment and a fully-staffed nursing team, this is a fantastic role for any Registered Nurse with the necessary experience for a role like this.
I am ideally looking for someone with prior leadership experience, and someone who is professional, hard-working, and courteous to all.
