The Opportunity
Prospero Health & Social Care are looking for RGN's (Will accept RMNs & RNLD) to deliver the best standards and quality of care to Nursing Home Residents to work on a temporary basis to suit their work / life balance.
This specific unit is looking for regular cover to assist their units rota and is working with Prospero Health and Social Care to facilitate this. It looks after 90 plus residents when to capacity, with the emphasis on care, attention and comfort at all times. It is slightly outside of the City centre with superb links to transport, including a train station a short walk away.
Position details:
- Location – Newport, Gwent
- Position – Registered General Nurse (Will accept RMN, RNLD with relevant experience)
- Type of work – Temporary
- Start date – ASAP
- Duration – Ongoing
- End date – N/A
- Full time/part time – Part time with varied shift patterns
- Hours – Various Early shifts, late shifts and nights shifts available. Night cover preferred though weekend shifts available.
Requirements:
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- DBS (Updated or New)
- Provide two professional references
- Must be registered with NMC
- Possess 6 months experience within Nursing Home settings
- Practical Manual Handling Experience in a live environment. Confidence key in this area.
