
Performance Executive - London, UK London, England
Job description
We are currently looking for a Performance Executive based in our London Headquarter.
Your tasks:
- Grow the performance (revenue) of your area: you will be in charge of a specific geographical region, ensuring that our partners hit their revenue targets and perform the best they possibly can for their customers
- Embed our operating standards: we need our partners to take ownership of their performance. You set the context and land the message. KPI: ensure all sites operate at 4.5* and <14-mins food prep. time.
- Support our partners (from launch and beyond): you’ll own the end-to-end management of sites; with partners every step of the way from creating their first order to being a roaring success with our brands. You’re the go to person for our partners. You will be interacting with our partners on a frequent basis both in person and virtually.
- Deploy our training programme: you’ll make sure our partners have all the training they need to be a success. You’re the muscle for our partner onboarding plans and you’re the protector of our brand standards. KPI: 4x Partners onboarded per month.
- Build positive partner relationships: you’re the face of the business and the human touch. You build respectful relationships so that you can execute our performance frameworks. KPI: your Partner NPS (‘net promoter score’) is 60+.
Requirements:
- Top tier university degree.
- You’re an excellent communicator, you’re calm under pressure and you’re able to easily collaborate and work with others.
- You enjoy managing and influencing people and building relationships.
- You have strong conflict resolution skills and can navigate complex conversations.
- You’re excellent at managing your time and able to juggle multiple accounts whilst providing great service.
- You’re equally passionate about food and high quality account experience.
- You are able to work well under pressure.
- Previous restaurant / commercial kitchen experience would also be good.
