Job description

The role of the Staff nurse enables you to work with and across a multiple different discipline from Primary care and Secondary care. We work closely with our surrounding acute hospital sites, the Intermediate care teams and community colleagues. With such close working relationships, we are able to make sure our Local residents have a seamless passage through the care process.
