An exciting opportunity to be part of our care team at Eryl Fryn Nursing home has become available for a part time position night shift RGN/RMN to join our existing team. In liaison with the Home Manager you will lead a team of support staff, in the delivery of high standard nursing care.
We’ve adopted a flexible working approach to all our roles, by adapting a rota that means you have as much flexibility as you need to fit around your other commitments meaning you will still have time for family, friends and hobbies.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll need a ‘live’ NMC pin and good knowledge of up to date clinical practices to join us as a RGN/RMN nurse. You’ll also have experience of providing personalised, comprehensive careplans to reflect residents care and health needs to a high standard, have an understanding for residents affected by dementia whilst promoting self-esteem, confidence and dignity, what’s also important is that you will have great communication skills.
