An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, ambitious andhardworking registered or newly qualified nurse to work on Barnwell C, a trauma and orthopaedic ward with 27 beds, made up of four bays of six beds in each bay and three side rooms.

As a qualified nurse, your role will be to provide holistic, high quality, patient focused, comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients on Barnwell C ward and at Kettering General Hospital, acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity; reporting adverse events and poor practice to the Sister or charge nurse. The post holder would be expected to effectively and responsibly use resources and engage in change and service improvements, as well as be expected to have some knowledge of leading others and how to effectively manage change.
