Job description
As one of our Staff nurses you will lead the team to deliver the best nursing care to the residents within our home. And will be involved in continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of the residents needs and wishes.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
*Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
*overseeing medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC standards
*Creating and carrying out treatment plans
*Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support
*Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
*Working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home.
