An exciting opportunity has arisen for the above post. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and well-motivated registered nurse with a strong commitment to nursing patients in care of the elderly on D'arcy Ward.
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your leadership skills?
You will be a key member of the ward nursing team to ensure high quality care is delivered. You will be part of a multi-professional team.
You will be required to work across the Trust to help facilitate patient flow and achieve the standards set within the National Clinical guidelines.
You will need to have:
- The ability to work autonomously
- An ability to make safe and speedy clinical judgments in an emergency situation
- The desire to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in relation to care of the elderly
- Evidence of teaching, mentoring and supporting other staff
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Good organisational skills
