Job description
We are in a position to provide sponsorship for 2x RMN's to work at Forest Lodge, a newly refurbished 45 bedded Mental Health Nursing Home based in East London.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include:
- Assist in the development and delivery of care plans
- Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as required by the Ward Manager
- Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concern to the Manager
- Support our service users with every day activities
- Play a significant role in assisting and encouraging service users to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence
The successful Candidate for the Registered Nurse position will have:
- Current First Level Registration on the appropriate part of the register held by the N.M.C
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
