Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are currently hiring Staff Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team in Armagh. This position offers a competitive salary ranging between £19 and £20 per hour, depending on experience. Join us in providing exceptional care in our 55-bedded care home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with care plans.
- Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate residents' progress.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' health records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
- Sound knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
