Staff Nurse
Location: Armagh
Hourly rate: £19-£20 per hour
Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are currently hiring Staff Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team in Armagh. This position offers a competitive salary ranging between £19 and £20 per hour, depending on experience. Join us in providing exceptional care in our 55-bedded care home.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with care plans.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate residents' progress.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' health records.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
  • Sound knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.
