Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Brook Meadows House
Southend Care’s Flagship Service Brook Meadows House is recruiting a Health Practitioner to be our Registered Manager to lead our team of capable and committed staff to provide outstanding care to our residents.
Brook Meadows House is a newly built 62 bedded Residential Care Home and Assessment Centre spread over 2 floors, comprising of a private and Local Authority funded care, and assessment beds.
Brook Meadows House has been open just over a year and was built to a high standard with our resident’s care at the forefront. It also is home to our Head Office, and other services, so you will have the opportunity to develop working relationships with other colleagues across services.
Following our first CQC inspection we are proud to have been rated ‘Good’ and are now looking for an experienced hands-on manager to lead the team and develop the service further with the aim to become outstanding.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the service is well led, safe and effective. You will play an active role in working with health and social care professionals to manage the discharge to assessment pathway.
If you are a Registered Healthcare Professional with their current registration maintained or an exceptional Registered Manager, holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, then we would love to hear from you, please contact [email protected]
