Job description

Lightbulb Bespoke care is looking for an experienced registered manager to manage our Domicilary care services in Bedford, We are seeking for an experienced CQC manager who already have experience working with Local Councils in England.

REGISTERED MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

· Source for Contracts and bid for Jobs for the Lightbulb Besposke care

· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the line manager for the service

· Liaise with the provider ensuring all necessary reports are sent timeously

· Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture

· Develop and communicate the strategic plans for Lightbulb Besposke care

· Oversee the implementation ofLightbulb Besposke Care policies and procedures

· Evaluation of the service goals and quality objectives

· To provide leadership to care staff within

· To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager

· To supervise the care delivery within the service

· To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date

· Induct new starters in accordance with Lightbulb Besposke care policy

· Lead, motivate and direct staff

· Conduct staff supervision and annual staff appraisals for all heads of department

· Develop staff to full potential ensuring succession planning for Lightbulb Besposke care ·

Ensure multidisciplinary team working is embedded in Lightbulb Besposke care · Location: Bedford, Uk

· Working Hours: Office based zero hours contract and on call duty out of office hours and weekends
