A St Marys Group Registered Nurse takes responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. They lead , motivate and mentor their team whilst delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. St Marys Nurses carry out assessments and develop , implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident. They manage work areas and monitor practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation and generally promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care .
For you, that will mean delivering the very highest standard of care possible. Assessing nursing needs, identifying and taking the right intervention when needed . You’ll supervise colleagues, manage shifts and make sure flawless handover summaries are completed to ensure continuity of care. In summary it’s about ensuring the residents are at the heart of everything you do.

Experience:
A valid Pin number and knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
