The Regional Trainer Midlands is a newly created role within our expanding training team, that is key in helping the team succeed and enabling the company to grow and develop. You will be joining a highly motivated team that is passionate about what they do in a company that is going from strength to strength. Our trainers deliver training and support to a wide range of allied health care professionals who are extending their scope of practice to carry out micro suction wax removal using the Tympa system. Working within a closely knit team each regional trainer is responsible for their own geographical area as well as supporting the national events as required.
Responsibilities include:
- delivery / support of online Webinars;
- delivery / support of face to face training events;
- development of new training materials and platforms (as part of the team);
- individual mentoring of customers through their initial logbook period;
- clinical remote reviews (as part of the TympaHealth ENT and Audiology support network; and
- support / refresher visits as required (both online and face to face).
Your profile:
An Audiologist qualification is essential (RCCP/HCPC) with experience of wax removal preferred.

Our trainers are dynamic, outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to engage and motivate others. Therefore strong inter-personal skills are essential and creative problem solving skills desired.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate evidence of successful teamwork and continuing professional development in their own career to date.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
