Salary: £42,000 Plus £7,200 car allowance
Shift Hours: 37.5 Must be fully flexible
Shift Pattern : Monday - Friday

Job Opportunity
The Branch Manager will ensure that the service delivery to customers is of the highest standards. Our Operations Manager will be assisting with managing the day to day operational running of the branch through effective management of staff and customers. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Regional Management Team to provide excellent customer service, employee satisfaction and ensure that all business-related tasks are completed in a timely fashion - further ensuring regional operational growth plans. The BM needs to work collaboratively with the Clients to ensure that the overall branch performance targets are achieved. This person will lead the employees in a positive and open way, driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement through business intelligence.
- Allocation of resources in line with statutory and company standards, ensuring all staffing levels meet the agreed client service level and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Notification of resource levels required and vacancies to be recruited for given to the HR Recruitment team in a timely manner. Ensuring all equipment required to deliver the service is ordered and allocated (Uniform, tools, PPE)
- Ensure relevant company and client Key Performance Indicator targets are met on an on-going basis.
- To assist in the retention of clients ensuring that the level of service provided does not fluctuate.
- Ensure all assignment instructions/risk assessments and site documentation is current and in date and fully understood by deployed employees.
- Work to agreed practices relating to Health and Safety and quality management.
- Adherence to Internal and External audit standards and undertake quality assurance checks.
- Understand the importance of controlling direct costs and ensure that all expenditure is authorised in the correct manner.
- Review, manage and control all direct costs including training and sickness for the Branch.
- Promote and support the LMS training model to encourage wider learning and self-development
- Develop a productive relationship with union representatives and meet at least quarterly with Union officials
- To actively encourage staff recognition and staff nominations for awards.
- Undertake proactive succession planning to ensure that the Branch has the capability to deliver consistent high levels of service.
- Build strong relationships and positive working relationships with the Solutions Organisation and all support departments, to ensure appropriate service delivery standards and drive the right internal mindset
Essential Skills
This role would be ideal for somebody with Branch Management experience or similar role such as Store Manager, Branch Director, or Operations Manager, Security Manager, Contracts manager.

- Essential SkillsFull UK driving licence
- 5-year check able history and Right to Work in the UK
- A willingness to undertake training as required
- Previous management, leadership and PNL accountability experience
- Business acumen & commercial awareness
- Operational excellence, relationship building, and networking skills
- Existing customer management & sales development
