You'll be part of the brilliant security team for our site – you will be meeting and greeting staff and visitors, sometimes at the start of their day as they enter the building, where a simple hello will help start their day off well! There are a few things we need from you: Passion for delivering an excellent customer service SIA DS Licence Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar security-related role. Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols. Excellent observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
