We are seeking two experienced Regional Sales Managers to join our UK Sales team to grow and develop the brand throughout the independent retailers in the North of England (one NW and one NE). You will be based within the region you are representing and be responsible for ensuring that we are positioned in the right premium and luxury accounts on the high street and shopping centres. As a Jellycat Brand Ambassador you will grow sales in your region and ensure that through building and nurturing strong relationships our product looks great and in-line with brand guidelines at all times. You'll be; Managing a portfolio of independent stockists in your region Regularly visiting each of your customers; ensuring your accounts have access to new collections across all our product ranges (Loveables, Amuseables, Baby Jellycat, Books and Accessories). Launch, present and sell new product collections to deliver the sales growth and budget annually Take and process orders, monitor credit status and other general sales administration for your area Pro-actively identifying growth and new brand opportunities and working to secure those new accounts Preparing and presenting quarterly regional updates (financial and commercial) to senior members of the UK Sales Team Working collaboratively across internal teams such as accounts, operations and logistics Attending UK trade shows and the London Head Office when required You'll have; Minimum of 3 years experience as a sales manager (ideally independent stockists) Experience with Luxury brands ideal but not essential, but must understand the premium positioning Good working knowledge of excel (for forecasting/financial planning purposes) and Powerpoint for presenting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Be highly organised; able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines The ability to identify creative solutions and have confidence in making decisions, seeking guidance from your seniors where necessary A passion fort Jellycat, our characters and our brand A flexible, personable and positive approach to business and a desire to be part of a high performing team!
