Regional Sales Manager, £50K with uncapped commission and generous benefits
Home/field based covering the North East and North West regions
(Ideally to be living in and around Leeds, or, Halifax area)
Our client is a global leader in public safety, they develop, manufacture, and sell video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Create, nurture and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders
- Establish quarterly and annual sales.
- Promote and sell the clients products and services through direct customer contact within the assigned geographic territory.
- Conduct sales calls, schedule “local” promotional work
- Oversee and manage the sale of the clients’ products and services within the specified territory.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers
- Work on key deals to help define and oversee how our products are deployed.
- Provide first level technical guidance to customers (end-users), integrators and partners.
- Supervise and manage installations at customer sites and in key accounts
- Attend tradeshows and professionally participate
- Participate in the development of training materials.
- Compile data on competitive products and pricing
•I dentify key surveillance market influencers
What You’ll Need
- Documented track record of sales performance within a technology environment.
- Business development skills.
- Effective and proven negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a C-Level executives.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Highly effective communication skills (oral, written presentation).
- Thorough understanding of security sales cycles.
- Understanding of Commercial accounts, competitive landscape and customer procurement processes.
