- £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
- 15% Bonus - £9,000 - £10,500

The Role
You will cover the Midlands with the following responsibilities:
- Use a consultative, specification led approach to drive new business and develop existing accounts to increase the performance of your area
- Develop relationships with end users, M&E contractors and consulting engineers
- Sell into a wide range of commercial and industrial applications from hospitals to data centres, steel, manufacturing, supermarkets, glass manufacturing and many more
- Proven field sales experience, managing and growing a territory in a similar role such as Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Field Sales Engineer
- HVAC / heat transfer experience – any related areas considered such as cooling towers, evaporative condensers, chillers, AHU’s, refrigeration
- Strong self-motivation and drive to be successful
- Living in the area you could be in or near Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Derby, Northampton, Peterborough, Royal Leamington Spa, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton etc.
