Regional Sales Manager – East Midlands – Up to £45,000 + Bonus paid quarterly + Car + Benefits – Ref 1132
I am currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to work for a leading engineering organisation based in the East Midlands. Salary circa £45,000 + Bonus paid quarterly + Benefits.
The very well-respected organisation has been in operation for over 10 years and currently employ over 100 people. The organisation has a turnover in excess of £40 million. Having been established longer than most of their rivals they are a trusted name in the market and have a reputation of excellence across all aspects of the work they do. They work across multiple industries from pharmaceutical to aerospace and dominate the space that they operate in being considered the leaders.
Due to growth of the business and in line with future expansion plans, they have the need to appoint a Regional Sales Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Regional Sales Manager you will responsible for the hire division of the business covering the East Midlands. You will manage the process from cradle to grave and this will involve taking the incoming enquiries and converting them, attending site if and when required, then selecting the necessary equipment for the client and providing the quote with a view of winning the order. Occasionally you may be required to oversee on hire and off hire’s at the customer sites.
Ideal Requirements:
- Experience in a Technical Sales role or from the tools as a hands-on Service/ Maintenance Engineer with heavy industrial equipment looking to move into sales
- Experience in the hire / rental equipment industry
- Experience within HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration or Process Cooling
