We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Regional Resource Manager. Reporting in to the CX Resource Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the regional resource team for the South. This is a fixed term contract to March 2024.

Alongside your team, you will be tasked with ensuring the most efficient use of resource in accordance to rostering agreements. You will ensure that workforce plans, processes and controls are implemented and adhered to, in order to drive optimisation of resource.

What will you be involved in?

You will produce base rosters for our customer experience teams, ensuring they comply with rostering principles, legislation and corporate governance, as well as being fair to all. Day to day you'll also,

  • Act as a Business partner to CX Network Managers, providing support and insights into productivity.
  • Create short term rostering amendments as required
  • Coaching and supporting your team to develop their skills and competencies
  • Leading local negotiations for the implementation of rosters within agreed timescales.
  • Managing the application of the fatigue risk index on all rosters and completing ad-hoc checks of fatigue levels as required.
  • Ensuring adequate controls / processes are in place to manage the effective allocation of staff to services / work.
  • Provide management reports
  • Working collaboratively with the wider stakeholders to ensure processes are optimised

  • Effective relationship builder with the ability to influence others using sound rationale
  • A track record of enhancing processes and tasks which increase efficiency.
