Systemiq is growing rapidly- 6 offices around the world & 350 full time staff- and we are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter/Regional Recruitment Partner to join the London office.


As part of the SYSTEMIQ global recruitment team, this Recruitment Partner will be pivotal to the successful growth strategy. You will need to care about the SYSTEMIQ vision and our candidate experience. Find creative solutions to your challenges in attracting diverse high-potential candidates. Collaborate internally and externally to increase SYSTEMiQ’s employer brand and candidate attraction. Look for opportunities to change, develop and continuously improve our candidate experience.


Who is leading our global operations?

As Managing Partner, Taraneh Azad who has a vital role in helping to build Systemiq as a resilient, agile, professional, trusting, and trusted organisation. She is a proven leader, investment professional, and business architect with a long-standing career in financial services. She has worked around the world and is a multi-lingual, passionate team builder, and a people developer.


You will directly report into a longstanding and experienced Head of Recruitment-Michael Round-who has been working at Systemiq for the past 4 years and who has played an integral role in building up Systemiq globally.


Requirements:

  • Fully understand the needs of your respective hiring manager/Platforms and then collaborate with them to set strategies and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process across SYSTEMIQ’s platforms and operations groups
  • Recruitment strategy to deliver against the regional projects and operations hiring plan
  • Provide regional Partner and Global Recruitment Partner analytics and reporting on recruitment results plus recommendations for continual improvement
  • Communicate and collaborate with the other regional recruitment partners for support during peak periods
  • Stay on top of market trends for the region; as well as overarching employment trends using this to be advising the business on candidate pools and candidate attraction frequently
  • Source candidates directly, including role campaigns through both internal and external industry networking and various online recruiting tools
  • Drive Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives in the region to expand our diverse pipeline, including neurodiversity and disability

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Business international level English – both written and oral. Other European languages will be an advantage
  • 5 years solid 360 recruiting experience, including successful recruitment of experienced professionals in an agency/search firm or corporate environment.
  • Experience recruiting at all levels of an organization from entry-level to senior management across a range of roles
  • Proven behavioral interviewing skills and candidate assessment techniques
  • Demonstrable expertise in candidate attraction, role campaign management, direct resourcing
  • Experience is up to date and relevant for building a regional recruitment strategy against business strategy
  • Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment measurement metrics for recruitment, candidate attraction, and candidate experience
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office 365 experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
