The Position:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for various teams and departments within the company.
- Develop and execute comprehensive international recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in international recruitment to improve our strategies continuously.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Familiarity with EMEA and APAC employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Strong understanding of global cultural differences and their impact on recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a recruiter, focusing on international hiring, preferably in aerospace or technology.
