The Position:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for various teams and departments within the company.
• Develop and execute comprehensive international recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in international recruitment to improve our strategies continuously.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals and objectives.

The salary or hourly wage range of 34,100 - 61,400 GBP is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with EMEA and APAC employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
• Strong understanding of global cultural differences and their impact on recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience as a recruiter, focusing on international hiring, preferably in aerospace or technology.
