Lavazza Professional Operating Services offers one of the UK’s leading operated vending services which covers sites nationally. This role will be responsible for overseeing the operations within the field in an assigned regional. The Regional Operations Manage will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations to achieve business goals and maximising efficiency. The duties will include guiding and managing staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimising operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld and preparing operational reports.
To be successful as a Regional Operations Manager, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly and achieve relevant KPIs and targets. You should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision making skills.
This role will be covering the North England and Scotland areas and extensive travel will have to take place. Regular meetings, training and 1-2-1 sessions will occur at the Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire and site in Swindon, Wiltshire. Ideally the right candidate will live within the area.
· Organise and manage direct reports (vending operators)
· Organise and manage operator routes
· Vendman data analysis
· Effective route management to ensure LPRO SLA is consistently achieved
· Agile route management to accommodate regular machine install & uplifts
· Stock control - store room and operator vehicles controlled within compliance
· Cash management – ensure all machine cash bags are processed within compliance
· Conduct two “work with days” per year with each vending operators
· Conduct twenty vending machine audits per month
· Manage fleet of operator vehicles
- Effectively manage all employee relations with HR engagement
Engage and liaise with LPRO customer/client account managers

Salary: £37,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
