Role: Regional Operations Manager – Whitbread Restaurants
Location: Kent
Salary: £65k – £75k, company car/allowance, industry leading bonus scheme, pension and healthcare
Our Regional Operations Managers play a key role in our business, spotting talent, developing people and leading our teams to do what they love most - making our guests happy!

We are currently recruiting a Regional Operations Manager for our Kent Restaurants area covering 17 sites in: Ashford, Dover, Folkestone, Gravesend, Gillingham, Herne Bay, Margate, Maidstone, Ramsgate, Rainham and Whitstable.
We’ll be looking for our Regional Operations Manager to uphold our high levels of customer service and brand standards, driving sales and business KPI targets to deliver our growth agenda through a highly engaged workforce.
You’ll do this by being visibly present across your site locations, either based on patch or within 30 minutes to your sites, so you can empower your managers to deliver exceptional service and create a culture of high-performance making Whitbread a great place to work.

With proven multi-site experience managing 10+ sites and large teams, from within any customer focused industries, we also want to you share our passion for our brands and is used to delivering great results with sound business acumen.

A resilient individual who is adaptable to change and not afraid to make the tough decisions, you are able build positive working relationships across the business to both share best practice and continually looks to optimise business opportunities for Whitbread.
