Job description
- Managing Service delivery to Customers
- Managing Regional/national Portfolio
- Ensuring KPI’s are achieved and delivered at the highest standard
- Ensuring Relationships are maintained throughout the VL network
- Managing our SP network especially within your region
- Managing expectations and reputation of Vaculug
- Regular meetings to be held with both customers and service providers
- Reporting KPI’s to both customers and service providers
- Fleet Audits to ensure Customer are receiving the best possible service, this is to also ensure service providers are achieving and working to our policy and procedures.
Requirements for the role
- Motivation and self-driven to achieve goals/targets
- Regional travel with some national (occasionally)
- Good customer rapport
- Good communication skills
- IT ability
- Tyre industry experience
- Professional individual
- Ability to remote work
