Regional Operations Manager Nottinghamshire
Job description
Countrywide Park Homes Ltd is one of the largest park home and luxury lodge park operators in the UK. We are currently looking to recruit 1 Regional Managers to help manage the daily operations of over 20+ park homes across the UK. Your duties will include, but not limited to:
· Making routine visits to the parks to ensure the park managers are carrying out their duties correctly
· Dealing with resident complaints regarding the parks either in person or via telephone and email
· Finding local businesses to carry out jobs on the park
· Applying for documentation such as site license's from the council
· Ensuring all the parks have the correct paperwork displayed and that they are adhering to all regulations
· Being a key contact between head office and the park managers to ensure all parties are kept up to date
· Reviewing quotes submitted by park managers
The successful applicant must have great time management skill to organise work load effectively and efficiently. Be confident and have good people skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
