We’re recruiting a Regional Operations Manager and are looking for exceptional people to apply.
As a member of the North London Management Team, you’ll be working at a strategic level to lead on Service Improvement and support the organisation to deliver its business objectives. You’ll address key areas such as continuous improvement, performance management and measurement, customer satisfaction, business intelligence and analysis.
We’ll look to you to input into business planning, service improvement and the regional budget and to develop a performance and customer-focused culture, with a focus on service quality and cost effectiveness. You’ll lead on compliance with regulatory standards including any appropriate reporting and on the development of benchmarking approaches.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly regional performance reports, identifying achievements against service standards, performance improvements and weaknesses in current processes.
- Preparing weekly performance scorecards that will drive operational improvements.
- Reporting on performance and continuous improvement plans to the Regional Leadership Team
- Leading the region's administration team to ensure a high level of customer service
- Leading on the analysis of customer satisfaction to support service improvement and effective resource management.
- Leading on the management of local operational policies ensuring regular review and updates and highlighting the impact of legislative changes as appropriate.
With demonstrable experience of managing people, you’ll already have a proven track record in promoting and cultivating a strong continuous improvement and customer focus culture, as well as an extensive understanding of social housing regulation, audit and quality assurance regimes. You’ll also have excellent organisational and project management skills and be adept at problem solving.
