Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns over 170 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. Applications are invited from Area or Regional Managers with at least 5 years of recent experience in the role within the Managed Pub sector. You will be ready to take on a senior leadership position managing 10+ premium food led businesses based primarily in the Hampshire\West Sussex area.

Your rewards as a Regional Manager with Hall & Woodhouse:

You take responsibility for things yourself.- The role will focus heavily on delivering the core competences and retail disciplines identified across the business segments. This will include completing operational reviews, providing guidance and support in helping the General Managers to deliver operational excellence. Initially focusing on supporting the delivery of consistent food quality, Hospitality led sales and controlling the controllable.
- As Regional Manager you will take full accountability for performance and KPIs of the Houses in your region.
- You will possess an in-depth knowledge of food, ingredients and cooking processes and be obsessive about the detail.
- You will be field based, a driver and required to work across the trading hours of the business, which will include some weekend and evening work every month.
- You must be passionate about Day Making Hospitality and Team Engagement. You will be able to create a high trust environment through values led leadership to enable you to support and develop the General Managers to deliver the core competencies and retail disciplines essential for planned and sustainable growth.
- H&W's public houses are all individual but importantly we have core concept standards and centrally created menus and food specs. You will be accountable for ensuring the GMs deliver these standards and spec consistently to ensure a Great Guest experience.
