- Typically 8 years of experience in construction estimating with time spent in a strategic or executive estimator capacity with direct reports.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.

As a Regional Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for development, maintenance and updates to all Data Center estimates for data center projects as well and providing data analytics regarding those estimates for their Region.

Responsibilities
- Work on development, maintenance and updates to all Data Center estimates for data center projects, alongside providing data analytics regarding those estimates for the EMEA Region.
- Own cost estimates, cost bench marking, communications and manage meetings and deliverables as the point of contact between the project teams and the estimating team.
- Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Security, Networking and Operation teams ensuring all cost data developed and managed meets the requirements specific to each project’s needs.
